I very much liked Victoria’s Gatehouse’s poems and statement at Plant–Human Quarterly, here.
Ditto re Chris Edgoose’s brilliant essay on one of the UK’s finest contemporary poets, Geraldine Clarkson, here; and a terrific poem of his own that he’s posted, here.
On Thursday, I saw Alexandra Corrin-Tachibana and Mary Mulholland read at the Poetry Pharmacy in York from their respective new collections, Alex’s second, Skinship, and Mary’s first, The Dodo Stories. Both books explore the personal and the familial with skill and wit, and both poets read beautifully.

It only arrived yesterday morning, but I’ve already binge-read Stephen Payne’s collection of sparkling, wry and wise prose poems, The Late Guest, available from its publisher, Parthian Books, here. It’s a terrifically entertaining read. The form suits Stephen’s genially discursive style very well indeed.
